Gas Mixing Panels for Industrial Applications
 A range of Gas Mixing Panels designed for a wide variety of Industrial Mixed Gas applications. A typical application would be a gas mixing panel serving a ring main from which multiple welding sets are served.
Providing mixed gas for gas furnace applications is another typical use.
Standard panel designs are available rated at between 5m3/hr and 200m3/hr.
Several panel types are available that are preset to the customers requirements prior to despatch.
This panel type is supported by a fast track calibration system to cater for any future requirements that the client might have.
Also available is a fully adjustable design that can be supplied, if required, with inlet gas pressure monitoring devices. Our panel are based around a pressure mechanical mixing system, no electrics are involved and the need for buffer tanks in the sytem removed.

Combimix Range - Designed for the smaller outlet this wall mounted unit comes complete with inlet regulators, pressure gauges and a pressure relief valve system Designed to work with CO2 and Ar in cylinder this device is compact and very portable.
Gasmix Mini Range - This panel is constructed in stainless steel and comes complete with pressure gauges for the supply gases and each mixed gas outlet is fitted with an isolating valve, pressure relief valve, regulator and pressure gauges. There are no inlet tregulators supplied with this panel.
Adjustamix 2 Range - Designed for two inlet gases this is a fully adjustable gas mixing panel. The panel has a stainless steel housing and all internal pipework is in pre formed copper. The mix is adjustable from the facia and can be locked in position. This panel type is also available manufactured to Oxygen standards. Optional inlet pressure monitoring is also available.
Adjustamix 3 Range - Designed for three inlet gases this is a fully adjustable gas mixing panel. The panel has a stainless steel housing and all internal pipework is in pre formed copper. This panel type is also available manufactured to suit Oxygen and other hazardous gases. Inlet pressure monitoring is also available.
Gasmix 2 Range - The Gasmix 2 panel range is the fore runner to our new FW range and has been utilsed for several different applications worldwide. Popular with many industrial gas suppliers the panel is often badged to suit. Designed for two supply gases the panel is calibrated prior to despatch to suit customers requirements. The panel is generally gloss white. Designs are available with or without inlet regulators and can be manufactured to suit Oxygen and other hazardous gases.
Gasmix 3 Range - Designed for three supply gases the panel is calibrated prior to despatch to suit customers requirements. The panel is generally stainless steel. Designs are available with or without inlet regulators and can be manufactured to suit Oxygen and other hazardous gases.
Gasmix FW Range - The latest and most compact panel in our range of designs. This panel makes use of the latest design in our range of gas mixing valves. The construction is modular allowing quick and simple construction to meet our clients requirements. The panel is stainless steel, as standard the mixing valves are aluminium, but the panel is also available with brass mixing valves to suit Oxygen and other hazardous gases.
